Jarrod leads Interpod’s production, warehouse, logistics, and quality management systems, ensuring consistent output and operational efficiency across the business.

With over 19 years’ experience in manufacturing, including 12 years at Interpod, he brings deep expertise and a wealth of knowledge in large-scale production and team leadership.

Jarrod is focused on building strong team cultures and driving performance at scale, supported by a genuine passion for developing people.

His leadership ensures every pod is delivered with precision, consistency, and the quality clients rely on.

Thomas leads the planning and delivery of Interpod’s projects, overseeing all stages from early coordination through to completion.

Rolf leads client engagement at Interpod, working closely with developers, builders and architects across both new and ongoing partnerships to shape opportunities from early conversations through to project definition.

With a strong understanding of the construction lifecycle, he brings both strategic insight and practical knowledge to each engagement. Rolf plays a key role in aligning client objectives with Interpod’s delivery capabilities, ensuring projects are set up for success from the outset.

His collaborative approach, combined with deep industry experience, enables him to navigate complex requirements and identify solutions that create value across design, procurement and delivery. Rolf is focused on building long-term partnerships and consistently delivering outcomes that meet and exceed client expectations.

Archie is an Account Coordinator at Interpod, working within the Business Development team to support projects from initial enquiry through to early-stage development.

He began his career with Interpod in the warehouse, developing a strong understanding of the product, materials and manufacturing process before transitioning into the sales team. Since then, Archie has worked closely with clients across a range of projects, supporting design development and early project coordination.

Archie is passionate about working alongside clients from the outset, contributing to design optimisation, value management and detailed coordination. His practical knowledge and collaborative approach help ensure each project is set up for success from the outset.

Mitchell is a Project Manager at Interpod, overseeing projects from sales handover through to completion on site.

With a background in mechanical engineering and experience across mining and manufacturing environments, Mitchell brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery. He is known for his ability to keep projects moving, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and team collaboration.

Mitchell is passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and creating a positive, productive environment across every stage of the project lifecycle.

Shane is Site Manager at Interpod, overseeing projects from pod delivery through to final completion on site. Working closely with builders, subcontractors and project teams, he ensures seamless installation, quality outcomes and a defect-free handover.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction management, Shane has worked extensively with Tier 1 builders across complex projects. His background provides deep expertise in programme delivery, stakeholder coordination and quality assurance within demanding construction environments.

Shane is passionate about delivering projects on time while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety and accountability. Known for his attention to detail and strong client focus, he takes pride in creating positive project experiences and ensuring every completed bathroom pod meets Interpod’s commitment to quality and project certainty.

Ajit is Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager at Interpod, leading the quality function and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

With extensive experience across the concrete, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries, Ajit specialises in quality systems, compliance and process optimisation. He has developed and implemented ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, and has led comprehensive HSEQ audits across the Asia-Pacific region. Ajit is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with strong expertise in applying lean tools to improve performance and reduce waste.

He is particularly passionate about building robust quality frameworks, implementing continuous improvement practices and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business to support consistent, high-quality delivery.

Steve is an experienced Production Manager at Interpod, overseeing the day-to-day operations of manufacturing to ensure consistent quality, efficiency and delivery across all projects.

With a strong background in construction and production environments, Steve brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to managing teams, processes and timelines. His focus on continuous improvement and operational performance supports the delivery of high-quality bathroom pods at scale.
