Novotel Devonport

Situated in on Devonport’s waterfront, the long-awaited 171 room hotel, operated by Novotel, is set to boost the quality traveler accommodation shortage in the region.

Following earlier success in overseas projects to New Zealand and Tasmania, Interpod was engaged by Fairbrother to deliver 171 quality bathrooms for this new hotel facility.

The development is funded by Fragrance Group, a Singapore based organisation, who have selected Novotel as the hotel operator.

Engagement with all parties in the project has been key to the a seamless project initiation. Bathroom design concepts follow strict Novotel brand guidelines that Interpod are able to accommodate through strict offsite production processes.

The bathroom engineering, structural wall frame & base fabrication, and internal pod fit-out has all been conducted in our NSW facility; providing greater quality control and avoiding common damage from imported structural components.
