Opal Winston Hills

Interpod partnered with Taylor Constructions to deliver 88 bathroom pods for the Opal Aged Care development at Winston Hills, completed in May 2019.

Designed to meet the specific requirements of aged care environments, each pod was manufactured off-site to ensure consistent quality, durability and ease of maintenance. The use of prefabricated pods reduced on-site complexity and improved programme certainty, supporting an efficient and reliable delivery.
