Park Rise Apartments, Waitara
Richard Crookes provided Interpod with a brief to provide 517 spacious bathroom pods for the Park Rise development in Waitara. Prior to construction, an extensive redesign took place, which included the choice to use offsite bathroom construction for ease of construction and guaranteed programme delivery.
