Scape Franklin

Scape Franklin is a large-scale, mixed-use development at 99 Franklin Street in Melbourne, combining student accommodation with build-to-rent apartments.

Interpod partnered with Built to deliver 873 bathroom pods for the 60-storey project, supporting efficient construction at scale. In addition to student living, the development includes over 100 apartments designed for the build-to-rent market.

Manufactured off-site in a controlled environment, the pods enhanced quality control, reduced defect risk and enabled construction to progress in parallel with production, delivering a consistent, high-quality finish across the project.
